The hostel features fresh, simple rooms that either have private or shared bathroom facilities. Dormitory rooms accommodate up to six guests with shared showers and toilets, while double and twin rooms include private bathrooms with showers. All rooms come furnished with seating areas and desks. Linens are provided but towels require an additional fee. Most rooms overlook the small square of Vandkunsten or the inner courtyard.

The location was central, close to the Main Railway Station, Tivoli, shops, and other attractions. The staff were attentive and helpful, with one member notably assisting multiple times and preparing excellent Lemon, Lime & Bitters. The capsules were clean and comfortable with a high level of security. Common areas included a bar, reception, and kitchen that provided a lively atmosphere. Lockers and access systems operated automatically throughout the stay.
