The hotel offered a convenient location close to main attractions and public transport. Rooms were comfortable with quiet, well-insulated windows despite the busy street nearby. Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to requests, providing an immediate room upgrade when needed. Breakfast was sufficient and reasonably priced. The stay included easy check-in and check-out procedures.
