The apartment was centrally located, just a street away from Nyhavn and within walking distance of the palace and museums. It featured simple furniture and a well-laid-out space with kitchen items and an iron provided. The management company was responsive with clear instructions, though cleaning standards varied during the stay. Some issues included narrow, steep stairs to the third-floor unit and noise from bins being wheeled out early in the morning over cobblestones.
